First time for Everything!

DEAR NORAH:
When reading the bible for the first time, is there a certain book that would be helpful to read first?

DEAR EAGER READER:
There is no wrong place to start when reading the bible. Our God-breathed scriptures are as relevant today as they were back then. I would suggest starting at the very beginning in Genesis to see God’s power come alive through the pages of the early Old Testament. The first 4 books of the New Testament would also be a good place to read about the life of Jesus and all that he has done for us.

Happy Reading!
