What to do about food!
I LOVE FOOD! However, I don’t always have a good gauge of how much is too much. Any advise advice?

Moderation is key. Maybe add a line or two about moderation as a key Christian principle in many things in our lives. Portion control of certain foods is definitely important. Check online for great information regarding healthy meals that can turn into a healthy lifestyle. Right now, I’m reading and excellent devo that touches on this topic. I’d definitely recommend “Made to Crave” by Lysa TerKeurst. She demonstrates how we can better crave God throughout our daily lives instead of placing too much importance on things in this world.
